Free international shipping for orders over $100

A lot of our international customers are unhappy with the price of international shipping. So are we - shipping from the US is very expensive at the moment. Although getting international distributors is on the list of things we're looking at, it will take some time to get that resolved.

In the meantime, orders over $100 will have free international shipping.
